Return Policy

Ghale Handicrafts is a small business, and every piece is handmade by local women artisans in Nepal. Because of the care and effort put into each item, we try to minimize returns as much as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following guidelines.

How to Return & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Request a Return – Text us at (562) 900-1787 or email ghalehandicrafts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Item – You can either:
- Arrange your own return shipping and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Request a prepaid return label from us, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
